Buyer FAQ

What do I get after I buy? Instant access to your kit: a download link and/or Google Sheets "Make a copy" links, plus a PDF guide. You'll see them on the confirmation page and in your receipt email from Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad.

How do downloads work? Click the link in your receipt email or your Lemon Squeezy/Gumroad library. Didn't get the email? Check spam/promotions, then email us with your order email and we'll resend.

Google Sheets / Excel tips - Sign in to the Google account you want to own the file, then use File → Make a copy (or the copy link we give you). Don't request edit access to our master. - Prefer Excel? Open the XLSX we ship, or in Sheets use File → Download → Microsoft Excel. Some formulas or dropdowns may behave differently in Excel.

What tools do I need? Launch kits (prices on the product page): - Client Onboarding & Proposal Pack — Word/Google Docs (DOCX/MD), a spreadsheet app for the onboarding tracker (XLSX), and a PDF reader. Email scripts are plain text you can paste into your mail client. - Freelance Finance & Pipeline Tracker — Google Sheets (free Google account) or Excel, via the XLSX we ship.

Later kits may need extra tools (for example n8n or Make); each product page lists them.

Can I get a refund? Yes. Email us within 7 days of purchase for a full goodwill refund for any reason. Your UK statutory rights (content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described) always apply on top of this. Full details: Refund Policy.

Can I get an invoice or VAT receipt? Our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad — Merchant of Record) handles UK/EU VAT. Your receipt email has an invoice link where you can add your business name, address and VAT number. Stuck? Email us your order ID.

What does the licence allow? Use by one freelancer, or within one boutique agency team, for your own and your clients' work. You may adapt the templates freely. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the templates (edited or not) as your own product.

When will I hear back from support? Within 1 business day, Monday–Friday, Europe/London time.

A file is broken — what do I do? Email support with the product name, which file, what went wrong (screenshots help) and the app/browser you're using. We'll fix or replace it, and if we can't, refund you.

Is the Boutique Ops Brief the same as the products? No. The Boutique Ops Brief is a free weekly newsletter with practical ops tips. Products are paid, ready-to-use kits. Subscribing doesn't give you the kits, and buying doesn't sign you up to the newsletter unless you opt in.
